lyrics
I'm still the one who lives by
Pointless future, hollow life,
Meaningless surrounded me,
Why I'm supposed to care?
Forgive my question, but
Such irrelevant being
Sharp point of circle, catch me,
By the nonsense
Sharp point of circle, rounded me
End the nonsense
With the nonsense
I know it's shallow,
Hard to swallow
I know it's shallow,
Hard to swallow
Prize anesthesia
Rhyme excitation
Prize anesthesia
When something inside, threw out
Don’t forget to breathe
Don’t forget to breathe
Don’t forget to breath
Don’t forget to…
I’m surrounded by the nonsense
The edge is coming now…
I know, I know… I know...
Hear me out, if you care now
We have to crawl,
Don't interrupt,
One rule to behave,
One to keep what left,
Only dust,
Monetize
Remain alive or… die
Don’t forget to breathe
Don’t forget to breathe
So Don’t forget to breathe
Don’t forget to
never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too. alienasu
So I can't leave a long enough review to say everything I want. But I will say this, I love this EP. It's a great little follow up to times, and has just enough of a dynamic shift in sound to prove that Smoulder isn't a one trick pony with their first album's formula. This one really plays up the 70s prog aspects (DUST and Manilla Road influences definitely shine through even harder here). It's still Smoulder, don't get me wrong. Just a different side in some ways, all of which are good. playfulpooka
